It is a group of people who have read some of your material, have opted to receive more information from you over time and who are learning from you and about you through ongoing email contact.

List building is not too difficult and is a natural fit for coaches as it is all about relationship building with people within your niche. You get to educate people, help them and introduce them to your coaching services and products.
